Everyone belongs in science! Diversity in perspectives is crucial to the development of creative and innovative research.

  • Trust the scientific process! Science can follow a long road, filled with failed experiments and wrong hypotheses, but it is crucial to never alter any data. From surprising results, we build new hypotheses and address new questions!

  • Collaboration within our lab and with other teams is essential. We encourage discussion between our teammates, at the bench and during lab meetings. By frequently sharing our results, we expect all team members to bring their expertise and share their comments to drive all our projects forward.

  • Following a scientific approach allows us to address a clear question and to collect all the data (all the controls!) necessary to interpret correctly our results.

  • Innovation requires creativity, thinking outside the box, trying new techniques, while keeping a scientific approach.

  • We build a personalized mentor-mentee relationship with each team member, to help them grow as scientists and to support them towards their next professional opportunities.
