March 20245 - “Journées Portes Ouvertes France Sclérose en Plaques“

Like last year, we participated to the open-house day from the French Multiple Sclerosis foundation, a great opportunity to share our work with patients and families of patients.

December 2024 - New team member alert!

Jianing Daniel Liu Cheng joined our team for his PhD. He obtained an international scholarship for NeuroSchool (AMU) to study the role of oligodendroglial cells in Alzheimer’s Disease.

December 2024 - Student rotation

Lola Roux, a L3 student in psychology in Aix-Marseille University, joined our team for 2 weeks. She gets to experience first hand a neuroscience wet lab, by following Lucile mentorship! Have fun!

December 2024 - New grant

The lab has been awarded an Innovative and Collaborative Grant from NeuroMarseille. Our project, in collaboration with Dr. Michel Puceat team (C2VN) will study oligodendroglial cells in Cornelia de Lange syndrome.

October 2024 - NeuroMAP day

The team took part at the first NeuroMAP day, on campus Timone (and helped for its organization). The day was dedicated to interactions between researchers and patient associations. Meeting with patients, expert-patients and their families are always putting new perspectives to our work in the lab!

October 2024 - Meeting of the French Glial Cell Club

The whole team (minus Lucile) attended the 27th meeting of the French Glial Cell Club in Sète this week, where Naz, Nicolas, and Marine presented a poster. A lot of great talks, amazing science, morning runs on the beach, happy hour/networking time… Looking forward to the next one!
